We want you to be confident in the Ceptivo platform. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or platform setup fee, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at hello@ceptivo.com with your order details and we will help process it with Paddle.
Subscription plans
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or from the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your hosted website and dashboard remain active until the end of the current paid period. Refunds for the current period are reviewed case-by-case in line with this policy.
Platform setup fee
The one-time platform setup fee covers provisioning your hosted website environment, account and dashboard. If you request a refund of the setup fee within the 30-day window, your hosted website environment will be deprovisioned at the same time.
